Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of services that I provide for you are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, your practitioner. By continuing negotiations and agreements of services to be performed you fully understand and agree to the above terms and forfeit all right to bring a suit against Tarot by Seven, LLC (or myself personally), its stake holders or the stakeholders of any property where Tarot by Seven, LLC is operating, including in the event of accident in which I am harmed. I will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed, and understand that services that I provide are not in any way a psychotherapeutic relationship, and therefore is not governed by or responsible to relevant licensing boards. I reserve the right to deny or cancel services. You will not be contacted in the future for additional services or fees or charges. If you require further assistance, you may contact me at any time and I will review your case and possibly offer additional services for a fee negotiated and agreed upon. Payment and Refunds Non-Refundable: All services are non-refundable. The duration of services will be discussed during the initial consultation. No Unsolicited Contact: I will not contact you for additional services or fees. If you seek further assistance, you may contact me to discuss additional services for a mutually agreed-upon fee. 7. Agreement and Acceptance By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and accept these terms, forfeiting any right to pursue legal action against Tarot by Seven, LLC, its practitioner, stakeholders, or associated properties for any outcomes, including accidents or harm.
