European Order Cancellation Request Form

Tarot by Seven, LLC is happy to comply with the new requirement of Article 2(2) of the EU Directive (EU) 2019/2161, which amended the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). It is often referred to internally and by merchants as the order cancellation button requirement.

Under EU consumer law, custom-made or clearly personalized items are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that once the order process has begun for these specific items, the customer's legal right to cancel is often restricted or removed.

However, even though all Tarot by Seven items are custom made to order on an individual basis and are exempt from the 14 day right of withdrawal, Tarot by Seven is still required to display the cancellation button in order to sell to customers in the EU.  The regulation focuses on the presence of the button rather than the specific return policy of every individual item.

As listed in the Return Policy and Terms of Service, it has has been the practice of Tarot by Seven since inception that if you do wish to cancel your order and can contact me as quickly as possible (either by this form or by email to tarotbyseven@gmail.com), I will make every effort to cancel your order or any parts of it so long as it is not already in production with my printer.  Once it's in production, I can't stop the process.
